Cancellation Policy
Every appointment time is reserved specially for you, and I truly value the trust you place in me when booking your services. I understand that things come up, emergencies happen, and schedules can change, all I ask is for communication.
To respect everyone's time:
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service will require a 50% fee of the service booked.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the total service scheduled.
These policies allow me to keep my books running smoothly, offer appointments to other clients waiting for an opening, and maintain a fair schedule for everyone.
